Homecoming with Living East TN

I’m not sure if you caught my latest appearance on WATE Living East Tennessee, but I had a blast showcasing my skills putting together an elevated tailgate design. I partnered with Graduate by Hilton Knoxville to design this vintage-inspired table scape. We also put together some ‘on the go’ charcuterie cups. It’s so easy to grab these charcuterie cups and walk around the tailgate party, or just your backyard. One of my key secrets to putting together a table scape is to use what you have on hand. You don’t have to spend a lot of money purchasing things. I also like to pick things up as I find them. A good example of this is grabbing baskets when you find them at thrift stores or garage sales. Another good tip is to add height to your table. It doesn’t always have to be low, on the table. Although those kinds of designs are important too. They lend a more lowkey style and allow for easy conversations.
