Skills for Sustainability Group

from $10.00

If you’re eager to deepen your skills in sustainability but aren’t sure where to start, this group is for you! Join a community of forward-thinking, sustainability-focused individuals in a monthly meet-up dedicated to exploring sustainable living. Each session will feature a specific theme and a demo related to that month’s topic, plus plenty of time for questions, knowledge-sharing, and resource exchange—a true roundtable discussion.

Sessions are held at Hi-Wire Brewing and cost $10 per class or $30 for four sessions. Each two-hour gathering includes a demo (when applicable) and ample time for discussion and Q&A. While this isn’t a hands-on class, the demonstrations are designed to inspire and inform. Your fee supports supplies for the demos, tips for Hi-Wire’s staff, and guest speakers as needed.

In 2025, the group will focus on the essentials of starting your own farmstead. We’ve all set personal goals for the year, and each session will kick off with updates on our progress. Bring your goals and join us at Hi-Wire Brewing, where we’ll learn, grow, and support one another on this journey!

Jan 30th: All About Animals

Feb 27th: Q&A with an expert

March 27th: Gardening 101
April 24th: Gardening 102
